At Fragrances.io, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our custom-made fragrance samples and curated subscription boxes. Due to the nature of our products, and in line with health and safety standards, we have established the following return and refund policy:
1. All Sales Are Final on Fragrance Samples and Subscription Boxes
Due to the sensitive nature of fragrance products and the potential risk of tampering or contamination, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on the following:

Monthly subscription boxes

Any item containing opened or unsealed fragrance liquid
This policy is in place to protect the integrity, safety, and quality of our products. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that a returned fragrance has not been altered or compromised, and therefore cannot redistribute it under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fragrances.io with the following:

A brief description of the issue
We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for any form of compensation.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if your tracking number has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or misdeliveries, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating or replacing your order where appropriate.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Once billed and shipped, no refunds will be issued.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and refusal of future purchases. We encourage all customers to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
